Cash prior to dispatch
As is normal practice in our industry, a deposit is given by the customer and this deposit is used to purchase the flooring, hence the payment before dispatch policy.

10 Day account
Should the dealer need to deliver the flooring prior to receiving their deposit, Suntups offer a 10 day account facility which will give the dealer sufficient time to receive and deliver the goods, collect the deposit and pay Suntups within the 10 day period. This is only a temporary situation if the special need arises and is not a permanent term for all orders.

However, even if the dealer fails to collect the deposit from their customer, the dealer shall still be liable for payments to Suntups before the 10 day period expires.

Suntups do not offer longer terms as it in turn is restricted by the payment terms offered by overseas suppliers when arranging consignments.
 

Payments
Cash payments should be made prior to dispatch and be by internet transfer to the Suntups bank account. They must appear on our account and be immediately available before goods can be released.  Cheques will require a full 10 Day clearance period before goods will be dispatched.
