This floor has a whopping solid Oak top face of 6mm and an overall thickness of 21mm and  due to the engineering is extremely stable. This is an Oak floor that is factory sanded but un-finished, this floor must be finished on site, in case you desire a special colour stain, oil or sealer of your choice then this un-finished Max Plank allows your flooring installer to finish the floor to your requirements on site after installation.
